Christmas Stockings for 2010

Today my daughter and I made our first sample Christmas stocking for this year.
I think it turned out pretty nice. I may change the colors around a bit, and maybe have a pro take the pic's, as we see, not so good a the pic part.

How about some True Blood

So, here's the thing, you know that running list in your head of all the things you have to do today.....
Keeping up with blogging is on that list in my head, and I just have to erase that today, seeing as it's been over a year since I blogged about anything.
And what a year it's been, probably one of the better years as far as I'm concerned.
So, I'll post a few pic's of items I made this year. These patches are a tribute to "True Blood" my favorite show on HBO.

I've been baking..........

This week I felt like baking, which for me is unusual.....in my house I'm the cook, and my daughter is the baker.
Just thought I would share some pictures of the Keylime Merengue Pie,

New colors

I just finished taking photos of some of the sugar skulls with different color combinations.
They are available for sale in my etsy shop, and my artfire shop....I hope you like them.

Trying to balance

I can hardly believe that I haven't updated by blog in 6 weeks. I've been super busy working on my 2008 year end tax papers, along with keeping up with the orders.
I have some new ideas that I'd like to explore, hopefully I will be able to run some test samples next week. I just added "rapid cart" here on my blog, apparently you can purchase the item that you are viewing without signing up on any site, or making an account....seems pretty promising.
